Blue Heron Bridge is a shore dive site at Phil Foster Park. Night dives here are one-tank dives in 5 to 25 feet (1.5 to 7.6 metres) of water, and the night dive is described as offering amazing wildlife encounters.

A primary light and a backup light are recommended, and a light on the tank is required. Divers need to be out of the park by 10 PM, as anyone still inside after that time receives a ticket.
