Crescent Bay sits off Laguna Beach on the Orange County coast of Southern California, near Crescent Bay Point Park. The cove is bordered by rocky points that give divers access to the kelp and reef habitat typical of this stretch of California coastline. Divers here have reported California sheephead, garibaldi, kelp bass, and rock wrasse moving through the kelp, along with ochre sea stars and sunburst anemones on the reef.
