Los Dedos lies within the Chinijo Archipelago off La Graciosa, a small island north of Lanzarote in the Canary Islands. The archipelago's volcanic coastline is protected as a marine reserve, and its dive sites are typically reached by boat from Lanzarote or from La Graciosa itself. Divers here have reported Atlantic damselfish, Canary damsel, emerald wrasse, European parrotfish, Macaronesian toby, and ornate wrasse among the fish life around the site.
