Northern Exposure is an undulating reef in Grenada with a profile from 5 to 18 metres, easy enough for a training dive or a relaxed dive for certified divers.
Thriving communities of soft and stony coral cover the reef, with gardens of flower, brain and sheet coral, azure vase sponges, lacy sea fans and overlapping plates of star coral that stack like pancakes. Schools of creole wrasse, grey and blue chromis, French grunts, blue tangs and damselfish are common. An occasional juvenile nurse shark or sea turtle turns up, and mackerel or barracuda sometimes pass through.
The shallower top side of the reef has several sand patches, and a small shipwreck appears on a sand patch at the eastern edge of the reef.
