Playa Paraiso is a shore dive site on the Costa Adeje coast of Tenerife, situated roughly 10 km from the Costa Adeje dive hub. Entry is either from a beach or from a platform with a ladder, making access straightforward for most levels.
The dive begins on a shallow reef at around 6 metres, then follows a ledge that drops away into a steep wall descending to approximately 22–25 metres. At depth, a large old anchor rests beneath a rock overhang. The return route circles the reef and passes smaller caves, overhangs, and volcanic rock formations, some of which resemble oversized mushrooms.
The site hosts large schools of fish throughout the reef and rays are frequently encountered in the deeper section near the wall. The site is rated easy to medium and is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced divers.
