The Big Drop is a wall dive site located 3 nautical miles from Loloata, Papua New Guinea. The site is defined by a sheer drop-off wall with large gorgonian fans present in the deeper water.
The wall attracts a solid range of larger marine animals, with sharks and rays regularly sighted along the drop-off. Pygmy seahorses are also found here among the reef structure, alongside abundant fish life.
