About this site
The Superior Producer lies just outside Willemstad harbor on Curacao's southern coast. The ship was a cargo freighter that sank in 1977, reportedly while overloaded and heading out of port, and it now rests upright on the sandy bottom not far from the harbor entrance. It remains a popular dive from the Willemstad area given its proximity to shore. The site is rated advanced.
