The Ursus Wreck is an armed tugboat lying off the Island of Vis, Croatia, measuring 36 m long, 5 m wide and 5 m tall. It sank on 31 January 1941 and is considered one of the first casualties of the Second World War in the region.
The wreck sits at depths ranging from 45 m at its shallowest point to 66 m (64.5 m verified maximum), making it a technical dive. A descent line is provided, and access is by boat only.
Conditions at this open-ocean site are demanding, with strong currents and open-water exposure that require solid experience and appropriate training. This is strictly a technical-level dive.
