About this site
White Knight is a sheltered bay dive less than 1 km north of Shark's Bay, in the Sharm area. It is dived as a reef and can be entered from the shore. The reef drops to 12 metres, and at its centre sits a deep sandy canyon with swim-throughs at 10 and 35 metres.
The canyon is the most interesting part of the dive and offers every depth needed for training dives and deep dives. Garden eels live here, along with groupers, triggerfish, mantas, clownfish and nudibranchs. Wreck debris, including old air cylinders and engine remains, lies on the site.
