About this site
Blue Dome, also listed as Cathedral Cave, is a large domed sea cave at Għasri Valley on Gozo. Depths run from 5 to 30 metres, and the dive is rated advanced.
Divers enter through a shallow underwater opening that leads into a massive chamber with a huge air pocket, where they can surface inside. Dramatic blue light plays through the cave, and the acoustics are excellent.
