Kuda Thila is a small reef pinnacle inside the atoll, 3 minutes from the dive base by boat. The top sits at about 5 m and the reef slopes down to a maximum depth of 30 m. It is rated easy to difficult depending on the current.
On one side a swim-through starts at 19 m and reaches about 16 m, where it turns into an interesting overhang. A series of small overhangs is found across the reef.
On the top reef there is a high chance of spotting stonefish, so look carefully under any large coral blocks. Hard coral is in good condition, notably small table and branch corals. Butterflyfish, blennies, gobies and anemonefish are found throughout. Big schools of fusiliers pass by while jacks hunt them.
