Nanshin Maru is a wreck dive close to Black Island Beach, where a small tanker lies upright on a sandy bottom. The ship is about 50 metres long and was converted to carry fuel, with small isolated tanks used to resupply fuel depots on land.
The wreck starts in 21 metres of water and the maximum depth is 32 metres. Divers see plenty of scorpionfish, lionfish, trumpetfish, groupers and batfish around the hull, in clear water.
