Nemo

Nemo — known more fully as Anemone Reef (Hin Musang) — is a rocky reef site located approximately 20 miles from Phuket, reached by a powered dive boat in around two hours and ten minutes. The reef is a collection of rocky plateaus with a shallowest point of 3 metres and a maximum depth of 20 metres, the deepest part marked by a solitary rock sitting apart from the main structure.

The reef holds dense marine life across its different zones. The upper plateau is covered in sea anemones, home to clownfish, shrimps, and Porcelain Crabs. Moving deeper, large clusters of soft corals and enormous gorgonian sea fans spread across the reef structure, while the solitary rock at the deepest point shelters a resident group of juvenile moray eels.

Visibility at the site ranges from 5 to 20 metres. All diving is done from a boat, and the bottom is rocky throughout.
