Rainbow Reef is a dive area in the Somosomo Strait, between Taveuni and Vanua Levu in Fiji, known for its coral diversity. Depths range from 15 to 30 metres, over coral gardens of hard and soft coral, and part of the system is the Great White Wall, where soft white corals glow in sunlight.
Anemonefish are common among the anemones, and manta rays are occasionally seen, mostly between May and October. Currents are light and visibility is great, with the dive best timed for slack water because the flow changes with the tides and the lunar cycle. Water temperature sits around 26 to 30°C.
