Dived here today? How were conditions vs. what we showed?
Solomon Reef lies along the coast of Dominica in the eastern Caribbean. It reaches a maximum depth of around 5 metres and is considered a beginner dive, suited to shallow, easy conditions. Divers have reported Atlantic blue tangs, Caribbean ocean surgeonfish, French grunts, and smooth trunkfish over the reef, along with sally lightfoot crabs tucked into the rocks. Spotted morays and spotted scorpionfish have also been seen here, and western Atlantic trumpetfish are among the other fish noted at the site.
