Vertigo is a dive site off Yap that is known for its shark action, with black tip and white tip reef sharks gathering in numbers.
The site is sometimes used as a shark feed, so the sharks know that arriving boats can mean food and gather around, but they are there whether or not a feed takes place. The water temperature is 28 to 29°C.
