Lady Carmen is a tugboat wreck off Haulover Inlet near Miami, lying in about 65 feet (20 m) of water. It is a steel-hulled tug, 45 feet long, scuttled in 1999 as an artificial reef.
It sits among a group of wrecks that can be visited in one dive. The tug C-One lies just to the east, with the tug White Coast on its far side, and the two sections of the 155-foot freighter Conception lie less than 200 feet to the north. A 90-foot barge and concrete modules are a short distance to the southeast.
