About this site
Agios Nikolaos sits along the Saronikos coast of Attica, on the Greek mainland facing the Saronic Gulf. Diving in this stretch of coastline is typically organized from small local operators working the nearby shoreline and coves. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 21 metres, is rated a beginner dive, and offers good visibility. Octopus are common on the site, and divers have also reported grouper here. Access has at times been subject to temporary closure by port police, so it is worth checking local conditions before diving.
