About this site
Anilao Pier sits along the coast of Mabini in Batangas province, on the western side of the Anilao diving area facing Balayan Bay, on Luzon island in the Philippines. It's a shore site reaching a maximum depth of around 10 metres, making it a beginner dive. Divers have reported frogfish, leaf scorpionfish, octopus, and pipefish around the pier structure, in keeping with the muck diving reputation of this stretch of the bay.
