About this site
Sipalay sits on the southwestern coast of Negros Occidental, facing the Sulu Sea in the Visayas region of the Philippines. Ayer's Rock is one of several named reef sites along this stretch of coastline, served by small resorts and dive operators based around Sipalay town.
