About this site
Manta Drop is a wall dive off Sipalay on the southwest coast of Negros Occidental, in the Visayas region of the Philippines, along the Sulu Sea side of the island. It reaches a maximum depth of around 35 metres and is rated a beginner dive. Divers have reported barracuda, tuna, manta rays, hammerhead sharks, and even thresher sharks around the wall, along with strong currents at times. Dive operators based in Sipalay run boats out to this stretch of coast.
