Azam's Place lies along the coast near Miri, in Sarawak on the island of Borneo, in an area better known for offshore reefs and wrecks reached by boat from the Miri waterfront, with Miri itself sitting close to the South China Sea and serving as the main departure point for operators working sites further out.
