Beli is a small village on the northern part of Cres Island, along Croatia's Kvarner Gulf in Primorje-Gorski Kotar county. The surrounding coastline consists of rocky shores dropping into the northern Adriatic Sea, with the town perched above a small harbor. The dive site here reaches a maximum depth of around 18 metres and is rated a beginner dive.
