About this site
Cagpatin is a wreck site off Ticao Island, part of Masbate province in the Bicol region of the Philippines, near Ticao Pass, the channel connecting the Sibuyan Sea to the Burias Pass. Reached by boat from nearby coastal barangays, the wreck sits at a maximum depth of around 27 metres and is rated an intermediate dive. Divers have reported broken glass wine bottles scattered on the site, along with barracuda, batfish, grouper, humphead wrasse, and nudibranchs.
