Cape Greco Caves

Cape Greco lies at the southeastern tip of Cyprus, near Ayia Napa in the Famagusta District, where the coastline is marked by limestone cliffs and headlands cut into caverns and swim-throughs. The area is a protected national park above water, and its underwater topography follows the same rocky, eroded character. The cave dive here is rated beginner level, reaching a maximum depth of around 13.3 metres over a cave bottom, with visibility generally described as great. Divers have reported lionfish, nudibranchs, octopus, pufferfish, squid, and wrasse among the rocks. Dive boats from Ayia Napa and Protaras commonly run trips to this stretch of coast.
