About this site
This dive site off Brazil's Abrolhos Islands features a massive coral formation rising from the ocean floor, creating a dramatic underwater landscape. The pinnacle attracts schools of colorful fish, including parrotfish and groupers, while sea fans and sponges cover the structure. Strong currents bring pelagic visitors like rays and turtles. Visibility varies but often reaches 20 meters. The site offers both shallow and deep sections, making it suitable for different experience levels. The surrounding waters are known for humpback whale sightings during migration season. Coral formations here are some of the healthiest in the South Atlantic.
