About this site
This wreck lies off Cornwall in the English Channel, resting at 30 meters. The Conqueror, a 19th-century steamship, is now encrusted with marine life, including anemones and crabs. Strong currents bring excellent visibility, making it ideal for advanced divers. The intact hull offers swim-throughs, while the surrounding seabed hosts lobsters and pollock. Cold but rewarding, with occasional seals visiting. Best dived in summer when conditions ease.
