About this site
Hellopes lies off the western coast of Cornwall, in the far southwest of England, within the waters worked by the Wessex diving region's charter operations. The site is reached by boat from one of the small harbours along this stretch of coastline, an area known for its granite reefs and scattered wreck sites in the Celtic Sea approaches. Divers here have reported basking sharks, common bottlenose dolphins, common dolphins, and Risso's dolphins passing through, along with spiny starfish on the seabed.
