About this site
Coral Bank sits in the Mergui Archipelago off the Tanintharyi coast of southern Myanmar, in the Andaman Sea, an area made up of hundreds of islands typically accessed by liveaboard boats out of ports like Kawthaung or Myeik. The site is a reef dive reaching a maximum depth of around 12 metres, rated suitable for beginners. Divers have reported clownfish on the reef, along with occasional sightings of manta rays and hammerhead sharks passing through.
