About this site
This vibrant reef near Njao Island teems with colorful hard and soft corals, creating a stunning underwater garden. Schools of tropical fish dart between the formations, while eagle rays and reef sharks occasionally glide past. The site slopes gently to 18 meters, offering excellent visibility in the clear waters of the Pemba Channel. Currents are mild, making it ideal for relaxed exploration. The healthy coral ecosystem supports abundant marine life, including nudibranchs and octopuses hiding in the crevices. A must-dive for coral lovers visiting Pemba.
