About this site
Corporal Meiss, also known as North Belnem, lies along the leeward southwest coast of Bonaire, part of the island's well known shore diving strip marked by yellow rock stones. Like other sites along this stretch, it is reached by entering from the road and swimming out over a shallow reef flat before the bottom slopes down toward a fringing reef terrace typical of Bonaire's coast.
