About this site
Cyc Island Reefs sits off Uson in the Palawan area of Luzon, Philippines, in a region of scattered reefs and small islands along the coast. Boats out of the nearby coastal communities typically make the crossing to reach the offshore reef structures in this stretch of water. The site is a beginner dive over a reef bottom, reaching a maximum depth of around 15 metres. Divers here have reported clownfish and parrotfish among the reef life, along with occasional sightings of eagle rays, tuna, and even hammerhead sharks passing through.
