Danii's Reef lies off the coast of the Pwani region in Tanzania, a stretch of the Swahili coast facing the Indian Ocean opposite Zanzibar. The reef is typically reached by boat from nearby mainland towns. It tops out at a maximum depth of around 16 metres, and despite that relatively shallow range it is rated an advanced dive.
