About this site
Dhigali Haa is a thila, a submerged reef pinnacle, in Baa Atoll, an area of the Maldives designated as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. It reaches a maximum depth of around 20 metres and is rated an intermediate dive over reef terrain. Barracuda are a regular sighting here, and divers have also reported eagle rays, fusiliers, trevally, tuna, and unicornfish moving along the pinnacle. As with other thilas in the atoll, it draws boat traffic from resorts and liveaboards operating in the region.
