Dolphin Reef

Dolphin Reef sits along the Red Sea shoreline of Eilat, Israel's southernmost city, at the northern tip of the Gulf of Aqaba. It is a well known marine park and dive center where bottlenose dolphins have long been kept in a fenced-off bay, allowing swimmers and divers to encounter them in a semi-open water setting alongside a fringing reef. The surrounding reef is a beginner dive to around 12 metres and is easily accessed from shore rather than by boat. Beyond the dolphin enclosure, the reef itself offers typical Red Sea coral and reef fish common to this stretch of the Eilat coastline.
