Double Dip

Double Dip is a dive site off Antigua, an island in the Leeward Islands of the eastern Caribbean whose coastline is dotted with reef sites reachable by short boat rides from operators near St. John's and English Harbour. The surrounding waters combine coral reef and rocky terrain typical of Antigua's dive areas, with branching fire coral, massive starlet coral, and purple sea fans covering the bottom alongside sea mats and rock-boring urchins. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 18 metres. Divers have reported barracuda and eagle rays passing through, along with yellowtail snapper, sergeant majors, and slippery dick moving over the reef, and hermit crabs working the rocky patches.
