About this site

Double Ledges lies off West Palm Beach on Florida's southeast Atlantic coast, part of the reef ledge system that runs parallel to the shore in Palm Beach County. This stretch of coastline is known for its limestone ledge formations running just offshore, reached by short boat trips from local marinas. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 30.5 metres over a reef bottom, with visibility generally great, and it's considered a beginner dive. Divers have also reported barracuda, eagle rays, grouper, and nurse sharks along the ledges.
