About this site
Double Reef lies along the leeward coast of Curaçao, part of the fringing reef system typical of the island's southwest shoreline, with many sites in this area accessible from shore where a shallow terrace drops into deeper water. It reaches a maximum depth of around 30 metres over a reef bottom and is rated a beginner dive. Divers have reported angelfish, barracuda, pufferfish, and snapper around the reef.
