About this site
Dumbo's Drop-Off is a wall dive along the coast of Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands, reached by boat from nearby operators on the island. It drops to a maximum depth of around 30.5 metres and is rated an advanced dive. The wall and surrounding reef are built up with corals including elkhorn, mustard hill, symmetrical brain, and star and starlet corals, giving the site a varied, structured bottom. Divers have also reported butterflyfish, damselfish, and surgeonfish, along with Atlantic blue tang and yellowtail damselfish moving over the coral formations.
