About this site
East Bay lies along the eastern coastline of Saipan in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, facing the open Pacific rather than the more sheltered Philippine Sea side of the island. This stretch of coast is more exposed to swell and wind than the western lagoon areas near Garapan, which shape most of Saipan's popular dive and snorkel sites.
