El Meridian lies off the coast of Tenerife, in the Canary Islands archipelago off northwest Africa, in Atlantic waters administered by Spain. The site is reached by boat from nearby coastal towns and sits over a wreck bottom, with depths reaching around 30 metres. It's rated an advanced dive. Divers have reported grouper and octopus around the site.
