About this site
Fairy Bower is a shore dive site off Manly, on Sydney's Northern Beaches in New South Wales, sitting between Manly Cove and Shelly Beach. It is a rocky reef area accessed easily from the coastal path along Cabbage Tree Bay, which is a protected marine sanctuary. The no-take status has made it popular with snorkellers and divers alike, thanks to easy entry and shallow, sheltered conditions. It is rated a beginner dive, with a maximum depth of around 10 metres. Divers here have reported moray eels and wobbegong sharks resting among the rocks.
