About this site
Fantasea Land is a shallow reef on the East End of Grand Cayman, in the Frank Sound zone. The mooring pin is at 10 m (32 ft) and the maximum depth is 18 m (60 ft).
The site has a topography of swim-throughs, overhangs and archways along a miniwall. Large outcrops of reef and coral meadows stretch out to the south of the miniwall, with big areas of Star Coral. The Star Corals spawn each fall, and this is one of the best places on East End to see it.
After exploring the coral fields and the swim-throughs, you can finish the dive on top of the miniwall at only 8 m (25 ft). Gobies and blennies live there, and hunting for them makes the safety stop pass quickly.
