About this site
Flinders Reef sits off the Queensland coast near Moreton Island, at the southern reach of the reef systems along Australia's east coast, within the Moreton Bay Marine Park where cooler southern currents meet warmer tropical flows. It is a popular boat-access site out of the Moreton Island and Brisbane area, with a maximum depth of around 15 metres and rated a beginner dive.
