About this site
A channel in Vaavu Atoll often named among the most beautiful dives in the Maldives — a series of caves, arches and overhangs studded with vivid soft coral and sea fans along the channel wall. Grey reef and whitetip sharks patrol the entrance, with eagle rays, tuna and big schools of fish in the current, and the odd hammerhead. Channel current drives the dive, so it suits experienced divers.
