About this site
Galu lies along Kenya's southern coast in the Diani-Chale area of Kwale County, near Diani Beach south of Mombasa, and takes its name from the beach and reef system fringing this stretch of the Indian Ocean. The dive site sits over the offshore coral reef typical of this coastline, reaching a maximum depth of around 30 metres. It is rated an intermediate dive.
