About this site
The MV Funguo lies off the Kenyan coast near Mombasa, in the waters of the western Indian Ocean, where reef systems fringe the shoreline and draw much of the region's dive traffic. This wreck offers an alternative to the coral dives more commonly found along this stretch of coast. It sits at a maximum depth of around 24 metres and is rated an intermediate dive. Divers have reported octopus and scorpionfish around the wreck.
