About this site
Anilao sits on the Batangas coast of Luzon, a peninsula area long known as a hub for muck and macro diving in the Philippines, with numerous small named sites scattered along the shoreline and around nearby islands such as Marikaban. The Garden site lies within this Mabini-Anilao coastline, off Culebra, and is reached by banca from the local dive resorts that cluster along the shore. It sits over a reef, and divers there have reported hawksbill turtles and spiny seahorses among the site's residents.
