About this site
Gareng Heng lies in the Koh Phi Phi island group off the coast of Krabi province in southern Thailand, set within the Andaman Sea. Dive sites around Phi Phi are typically reached by longtail or dive boat from Koh Phi Phi Don or from the mainland piers near Krabi Town. Divers here have also reported leopard sharks, also known as zebra sharks, resting on the sandy patches around the site.
