About this site
Gili Gede Wall sits off the island of Gili Gede, part of the Gili Gede group off Lombok's southwest coast in West Nusa Tenggara, across the strait from the Sekotong peninsula. The wall follows the underwater slope of the island through waters shaped by currents running between Lombok and the smaller islands to its west, reaching a maximum depth of around 18 metres and rated an advanced dive. Divers have also reported mantis shrimp along the wall here.
